RS server problem?

Does the rs server not send failed recordings emails anymore?
I have found some recordings and I never received the emails.
 
It should do, although the last one I got was the 29th of May.
Edit: I can see ones sent successfully last night in the logs.
 
No, but you can do a test disk push from the web interface using the rs/diskpush diagnostic and look at the output to see if it's identifying the failed recordings properly and managing to send the list to RS.

Yes, that's correct. The server could have had trouble parsing some aspect of the disk contents upload - what's your device ID (from the RS settings page)?
 
Thanks, I've turned on some more debugging so should be able to see what's going wrong after your box next does an upload.
 
I've created some more unfinished recordings over the weekend so you should have plenty to find. I'll do a diskpush as well in a minute.
 
Can you try another diskpush for me? Or I'll wait for the overnight one. Hopefully it's fixed.

I wonder what could have made it stop working because it used to be fine.
 
As a general observation (not necessarily applying to this case), in software (and even hardware) sometimes fixing one problem has unforeseen consequences which cause another problem.
