Series recording also recording week repeats

Hi all,

I have a series recording of "The Curse of Oak Island". Its last recording was last monday and I just watched it.
But also noticed that humax has also schduled its Saturday 'repeat'. I can see it's crid information but not the recorded one.
[this sat: crid: www.aenetworks.com/E5283657; series: www.aenetworks.com/S5726126]

So, unlike the toppy PVR (MyStuff installed) I cannot compare crids (this week) because I cannot see the crid stored with the recording.

Q. Is this 'fault' to do with the Humax, CF or an occasional anomally, e.g. improper crid info from the broadcaster?
(although I do have the package: schedchk installed).

Most, but not all, broadcasters use a different series crid for repeat showings at different times or channels.
To cope with this the Humax remembers the last five episodes recorded and will not record any of those episodes again, this info is stored in schedule database,
Skipped episodes should show in red in the epg displays
Unfortunately it doesn't save any of the crid information in the .hmt files for the recordings.

This mechanism fails if there are more than 5 episodes before the repeat,

Since you have installed schedchk you can use the fmtrsv command to show the schedule details:
Code:
fmtrsv -n "The Curse of Oak Island"

Thanks for you reply.
I had already looked at the schedule's Recorded Events (Skip List) as:

and yes crid E5283657 is not listed.
Searching the EPG lists 2 episodes, the same one that I recorded on Monday; on Saturday and again on Sunday.
Oddly not seeing next Mondays' episode (S8E15 of 25). Maybe a Christmas season interruption.

Here's my telnet listing for reference.

Does the Manhattan maintain a list of recorded episodes and use it to skip repeats?
Although far from perfect the humax at least tries to
