SMB Access

Hi,
I have two identical computers - running identical versions of windows 10 home - both on the same network both setup the same (kind of different games installed). One can access the hard drive and play media of the DVR - the other can't
Now for love of GOD I cant sort this out and its driving me crazy. Does anyone have any pointers as to what checks I should do to diagnose this problem ?

Is that due to smbv1 not enabled (default) on win 10? There are guides on how to check/enable it on the net.

Thank you. That is exactly what it was. I can only think that I enabled it on the other machine a few years ago and forgot. I do suffer from memory problems.
