software update April 2019

Only just noticed there was a software update available from 19th April.

4000T or 5000T?

My 4000T (1.03.47 - 22nd Nov 18) isn't showing any update available (I gather from elsewhere that 50 is out there... somewhere... I presume that's the April update)

From the humax support site 1.03.50 is on the HDR-5000T page, but not the HDR-4000T page.

The date of 9th April is the package date. The release date is normally anything from a few days to a few weeks later.

There have also been reports of internet connected HDR-5000Ts being updated.

The versions for the HDR-5000T and the HDR-4000T have been identical for quite sometime now and so I would be surprised if the software doesn't also eventually appear on the HDR-4000T page as well.

There is always the possibility that there is a small hardware difference between the two and the HDR-400T has yet to complete formal testing.

Or the alternative possibility that as the software update was produced to fix a problem that only affected recently produced boxes (and I assume there are no new FVP-400T being produced), then it wasn't considered relevant to the FVP-4000T.
