I see MovieMix has been replaced by the Sony Movie Channel today (Freeview 32).

Can anyone please advise whether tunefix-update take care of the rename on the epg or do I need to do something myself?

EDIT: Well I spoke too soon, it appears to have changed in the past few minutes.
I think we will need a new icon on WebIf EPG though.

As you found out, it happens automatically.

There are quite a few that need doing. Probably a bit of a thankless task that one.

The current set of icons can be seen at: https://rs.hpkg.tv/img/channels/all.html (for users logged into RS).
There are some missing but I don't think they are important channels (let me know if you disagree and I'll fix it).
Please let me know if any are out of date and need refreshing too.

I'll build a new webif-channelicons package incorporating these this evening.

The icons on that page are for RS - the webif package is generated from there so hopefully tonight's update will fix that for you.
