Strange failed recording

For the last couple of days RS has been mailing me and showing me failed recording error messages

The following programmes failed to record:
   /Countryfile/Countryfile_20160626_1830 Delete failed recording
   /You've Been Framed! Goes Wild!/You've Been Framed! Gold_20160625_1830 Delete failed recording

I understand why Countryfile failed - a late BBC schedule change moved it earlier than expected

But I am totally mystified about why YBF Gold is reported as failed, it recorded and decectads ran as normal without errors but it has disappeared without trace from the series folder without even an .hmt file to trigger the failed recording check!

The recording did however exist in the [Flatview] folder and I was able to watch it without problem - it hadn't been cleaned up as an orphaned recording.

I have no idea what caused the program to disappear from the series folder.

The last mentions of YBF Gold that I can find in any logs is in recmon, but no deletion events

Now I am even more confused (easy at my age)

I actually have two YBF folders and I was looking at the wrong one (with New_) prefix

There is an orphaned .hmt file in the series after all but it has the 1830 time rather than 1828 of the successful recording which is Not in the series file (deleted this evening after watching recording)

So I now have one questions:

1. Why was the 1830 failed to track hmt created?
