Strange 'failed to record' showing on RS (_shrunk)

I had the following on RS this morning:

I clicked on the dustbin and confirmed the 'are you sure ? The following then appeared:

However the file does not get deleted when the box and RS talk to each other. The queued command does disappear but the 'failed to record' message reappears.
I have been unable to find the hmt file using Filezilla FTP. Is there a command I could try via telnet ?
Any assistance would be appreciated.
(I have set the 'do not put decrypted/shrunk files in the dustbin' to on)

Found this in 'recent activity' in RS:

So how can I get rid of the warning ?

Evening. You need to get your Humax to resynchronise its list of files with RS. It should happen automatically overnight but you can also run the rs/diskpush diagnostic to trigger it earlier.
