Sweeper - Difference between renamefile and settitle

I've looked at the wiki but i'm not quite sure of the difference between the settitle and rename file. Does rename file also call settitle?

No, they're independent. settitle updates the title that's shown on TV in the media list and rename file changes the filenames on disk.

Any chance of an action to do both? It would save having to write 2 rules each time...

You can use the 'lastrule' condition to make this easier.

It would be nice if you could click on the And Continue to next rule to add additional actions to the rule rather than needing to add extra rules.

Yes, it would, but that would require a fair bit of restructuring as the system currently only supports one action per rule.
