My daughter has a PVR9150T that can only receive on one of its two tuners, i.e. it can only record one channel at a time. Is this likely to be a fault on the tuner card, and if so does anyone know where I can get a replacement?

Yes it does sound like a tuner fault. I don't recollect anybody reporting that they had managed to replace a tuner.
