Unable to download anything from Package Manager

Hi All,
I have just got an additional FOXSAT HDR, with 4.1.3 preinstalled. I cannot download anything from Package manager, * opkg_download: Failed to download hpkg.tv/foxsat/base/Packages.gz, wget returned 1. Nor have any sucess with thinks like "opkg update" from the command line (getting wget: bad address 'hpkg.tv')

My first FOXSAT-HDR is functioning as expected (on the same LAN segment etc).

1) I have downgraded the newer box to 4.0.8, with same issues (but viaHummypkg.org.uk), reinstalled 4.1.3, Note: I did not get the request to install the simple web interface, because it is already there. Previous owner had amended default ID/password.
2) Swapped over the network cables between the two machines - no changes.
3) My initial box has a "taskbar" on the web interface, the new foxsat box doesnot.

Where should i explore next ?

RESOLVED: Simple really, but I was looking in the wrong place. I had not amended the DNS settings, so the new box was not looking at my Router for internet hosted data. It was working fine for local data which gave me the feeling that all was good with the network settings. I can now download items via the Package Manager.
3) Added the taskbar via the optiopn in the settings area.
