WebIf download not decrypting

For some reason the WebIf download option isn't decrypting downloads - neither SD or HD.
The files download but mediainfo always just says "BDAV (No PAT/PMT)" which I'm pretty sure means the file is encrypted.
Also, the decrypt option is always greyed out.
Is that a sign that part of the custom firmware isn't installed properly?

It's usually a sign that you haven't enabled Content Sharing in the Humax on-TV menus.
