Will there be a 3.14 f/w?

Does anyone know if there will be a 3.14 f/w? Or is this the end of the journey?

It's not the end by any means, but until something comes along which needs an updated firmware... there is no need. Most of the actual functionality is in the packages - they are add-ons rather than the basic customised firmware itself, and new packages can be added or old ones updated without needing to update the firmware.

af123 built support into the current version sufficient for foreseeable eventualities, it's only unforeseen eventualities, previously undiscovered bugs, or new discoveries*, which might necessitate a new issue. Or perhaps improvements to fixdisk.

* Such as how to bypass encryption entirely.

That’s difficult to say as I don’t know the limitations of what the f/w is able to do.

Or, indeed, whether the idea would need a firmware update or simply a new package.
