Can I make a request? For those of you that are bothered with the lack of information from Channel 4 and the amount of time taken so far to address the issues.

Oh wait - there is something here at last mentioning the issue
So they decide to tell their consumers by using Twitter - talk about not knowing the target audience for TV reception via the airwaves! Especially ones using subtitles and/or audio description. They should have acknowledged the issue earlier on and mention it in both Red Bee and Channel 4 websites (or link one news item to the other).
