Loading videos and recordings from PC TO Foxsat ?

Hi. Was able to download all my (SD) recordings from another Foxsat HD box and now want to upload to the new one.
I've done this before with videos etc but cannot remember how.
I know it can be done by USB but it's deadly slow and I know I've done it direct from my pc before.
All help appreciated.
 
If you have the custom firmware installed on your new Foxsat then you have the choice of using FTP or Samba (Windows network share) to copy the files from your PC. Don't forget you'll need the .hts and .nts files as well as the .ts files.
