    [tunefix-update] Automated Freeview channel updates

Thank you Black Hole, what about the Remote Scheduling website, if a rule is set up to only look for programmes being broadcast on one of the affected renumbered channels

    [tunefix-update] Automated Freeview channel updates

Is this retune within the scope of tunefix and tunefix-update, or is an actual retune going to be needed? I noticed that recordings of Forces TV programmes were rather blocky and glitchy, but a retune returned the recordings to an acceptable level, as an aside, the file sizes also increased to...

    [Real-time scheduling] - Runaway recording

I must admit, not sure when I noticed the runaway recordings, I uninstalled the schedchk package as it was the last thing I had installed I did have a look at the auto.log and found some entries that have a similar appearance to the options displayed in the options page of schedchk

    Humble feature request

I took a look at IMDB and found the following, (there have been some glitches in processing episodes, usually punctuation and the use of '&' or 'and') The Simpsons broadcast ratio format (it's being taken that up to the start of series twenty, all episodes were broadcast the same at S20, Ep1...

    Humble feature request

I had a similar situation but multiple copies of programmes that keep getting broadcast, I wanted to identify which recordings were duplicates The first process for me was to use [ sweeper ] to file recordings based on age, so as [ Silent Witness ] was previously broadcast at the beginning of...

[sweeper] Custom rules to manage recordings

I've just a look at the logs having turned on the various options one by one, wait a short while to see what is actually written to the logs for each chosen option, found this, (the times shown are an hour ahead of when they happened, so 20:52, happened at 19:52) 42 27/10/2020 20:52:02 -...

[sweeper] Custom rules to manage recordings

Thank you MymsMan, as this box is a support box to record scheduling conflicts on my main box, there are only fifteen recordings scheduled, a mix between series link and single recordings, single recordings are picked out using a remote scheduling rule, as only certain recordings are required...

[sweeper] Custom rules to manage recordings

Yes, I know, that's where I looked, both are set at five minutes, the question was what is using all the processing time, rather than how do I set both boxes to five minutes again, as I mention, both boxes are set to five minutes

[sweeper] Custom rules to manage recordings

Had a look around on the HDR Fox T2 which takes the longest time to complete a scan process, it appears to be the HDR Fox T2 which has the [ qtube and co ] and [ schedchk ] packages installed, maybe time to swap threads
