Scratch that last post did a reset and boom its working good now

Hi we've changed over the LNB but we still can't pick up the satellite signal when doing a postcode search. We've done a manual scan and it's found 180+ TV stations but there all out of order. Any ideas? Thats the LNB we got delivered

As its got 4 connections do we still just use the existing 2 connections? And does it matter which ones we connect to on the new LNB I've also seen some LNB's with 2 outputs I've seen screwfix do one that he can collect today

Yep. Just to double check can I buy a new LNB as long as its compatible with sky HD etc and just switch them over?

Here we go model number ELO21 Is it just a case of changing the LNB bit at the front?

I mentioned the dish as its all the humax was hooked up to in there old house as they didn't have an aerial. It all looks ok and the property is only 3 years old the TV aerial works fine. Was considering a factory reset but dad doesn't want to lose the stuff he's saved on the hdd
