Yes. I owned this set top box and asked for some help/advice only to be greeted with sheer arrogance and argumentive responses from black hole (aka bum hole). Given how crap the device is I've decided to return my equipment as get a refund. So goodbye to humax and their frankly crap customer...

I'm not a Canadian or Australian. It's a simple question. Does anybody experience issues with subtitles not appearing even though the system settings are fixed as on?

I've just purchased this model and on the whole I'm impressed. However the remote recording facility is massively a total pain in the ass. No series record, no ability to delete remotely.
Secondly I own a 4k TV and setting the box to output 2160p gives a softening effect to the picture...
