Mea culpa! Automatic regeneration of the .nts file has been a great help, even though it does take time. The sidecar routine has separate options to regenerate each of the two files, .hmt and .nts. Might those options be taken advantage of somehow?

I sure do! I'm not sure yet. I've only ever used crop 'manually', so this treatment of bookmarks is not what I expected. I've never used detectads so I will need to think what I would expect in those circumstances. But please feel free to go ahead without me!
