    T2 Rebooting

Upon consideration, no not really because it was always her way or the highway. For many years I've told her to watch the HD channels and it's taken this for her to listen. ITV1 SD.

    T2 Rebooting

Thanks for your reply. It's not an Aura it's a T2, which has been running for over an hour now with no crashes. I've told her that Ch3 ITV1 is a no go. Pete

    T2 Rebooting

Point taken. It's my ex wifes machine, so access is limited, although I've had some time on it this morning. It seems to be channel related, as it's happening on PSB2 D3+4 mux, Ch 26 Carmel Transmitter, but only when I tune to Ch3 ITV SD. The other channels I've tried on the mux seem to be...

    T2 Rebooting

One of my T2's is rebooting every few minutes. It has CF but is not connected to the network. If I remove the antenna plug I can view media with no interuptions, but within a few minutes, about two or three, of reconnecting the coax it plays up again. I will check later to see if it only happens...

    Cannot access Foxsat on network

I've used them in the past but did have problems when after disabling DHCP I've done a reset and left it on. Lesson learned don't pick pennies when switches are so affordable. Thanks Pete

    Cannot access Foxsat on network

Here is a network map. The "Misc" devices include WD Media Server, VHF & UHF Radio Base Stations, printer ETC. I have connected a Win 11 laptop directly to the Foxsat HDR with the following. Set up manually but unable to access it via Chrome browser. Set it for DHCP and got all zeros except for...

    Cannot access Foxsat on network

I just did a DHCP setup and the results were all 0.0.0.0 except for the DNS address which was 212.159.13.49, although prior to that, on another attempt, it been 192.168.1.1, IE the Routers address. I just restored it to manual and entered the address in Chrome, got the usual not HTTPS warning...

    Cannot access Foxsat on network

I've installed a new DrayTek router (that was easier than I expected) and It's still the same, I think it's an issue with the Foxsat HDR. I'll try what you suggest but if I still cannot connect, I'll give all you guys a rest, do a physical check on the machine and move on. One last question, I'm...

    Cannot access Foxsat on network

Have a look at my latest posts. I think it's a hardware or software with the LAN bit of the Box or the code. But I'm guessing. Trust me, network map would confuse matter even more, but your comment has made me think it might be worth unplugging everything from the router except the Fox...

    Cannot access Foxsat on network

I'm still getting all zeros when I use the DHCP approach. When you say set everything else up manually, I have used the Foxsat (HDR) GUI to set up. IE System>Network>Configure Network>Manual: IP Address 192.168.1.123, Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0, Router Address 192.168.1.254, DNS Address...

    Cannot access Foxsat on network

Sorry typo should be 255. I had a problem with the TP link router I was using and changed it for the standard Plusnet router until I buy a decent one. As per the photo below, this is what I see on the router GUI and what I have connected to it. Lan1: (Foxsat HDR), Lan2: (T2 HDR), Lan3: (CAT6 to...

    Cannot access Foxsat on network

I thought I had understood and my replies were helpful. Maybe I gave all the right responses, but not necessarily in the right order. 😜 I'm not being deliberately obtuse to wind you up. I'm just doin my best to learn about this stuff. My aim is just to be clever like what you are. Please feel...

    Cannot access Foxsat on network

The T2's and the Foxsat are in the same location as the modem router, and are connected directly. No HomePlugs involved. There is CAT6 from the router in the lounge to a switch where the PC is. If the LAN interface in the Foxsat is OK, it certainly looks like it's external to it, doesn't it...

    Cannot access Foxsat on network

As above. DHCP setup: IP Address: 0.0.0.0, Subnet Mask: 0.0.0.0, Router Address: 0.0.0.0, DNS Address: 72.248.140.248 Manual Setup. IP Address: 192.168.1.23, Subnet Mask: 225.225.225.0, Router Address: 192.168.1.254, DNS Address: 192.168.1.254 Ethernet cable changed. I hadn't checked for...
