Hi, thanks for the message. Yes, I disconnected the hard drive and removed it. I turned on the unit but it was still behaving in the same way. Let me know if there is anything else I should try. cheers Kyri

Hi, I have a Humax freeview box which has developed a strange fault. Hopefully someone has seen this before. Basically, when you power it up the front panel doesn't come on - no orange or blue lights. When you look at the TV the box does boot and a picture comes up if an aerial is connected...
