Humax did indeed suggest a factory reset ... and it worked! (it still reboots about 1 time in 3 after pressing the TV Portal button though....) Thanks all for your input and help.

I haven't, but I think that will be my next move. I'm worried they'll just suggest doing a factory reset, which I don't want to do as I've got a HDD 70% full of programmes and films to watch!

Thanks for your suggestions. I tried both deleting cookies/DRM and switched ftp and content share on, but it's still the same. I can't imagine that my router's blocking anything ... it used to work up until a week or so ago, and I haven't changed anything. BBC Iplayer's working on my laptop...

Are there any other ideas I can try? I'm baffled as to why BBC News and Sport apps work, but Iplayer doesn't.

I have disconnected from the mains a few times, though possibly not for as long as 30 secs. I will try that tomorrow and report back.

For the last few days the BBC Iplayer app on my 2000T won't load: it stays stuck on the 'loading' page. I've made no changes to any settings that I'm aware of. BBC News and BBC Sport apps work fine (as do other non-BBC apps). Is anyone else having similar problems? Any suggestions to fix...
