  I think it was Dave Ja Vu (lcn 25); needless to say, it isn't transmitting any such message now I check. Am I going mad? update: ah, I think I was right, but the move hasn't actually happened yet (of course). And they're not permanently transmitting the text so as to not further annoy people...

  Thanks much. Does it run itself immediately on install? I've just installed it, but I see nothing in xinit.log. I assume that's because it doesn't think it needs to do anything? Yet I'm sure I see a "you need to retune to change numbers" message, on some channel the other day... can't...

  Do I have a dodgy disk here? My Mum's HDR seems to have lost its recordings: nothing at all in the Media/Video page, whereas previously there were some recordings, within folders. The "used" bar shows 0%. My Mum doesn't know how to delete folders, so I know that she hasn't deleted it herself...

  Please ignore if I've asked this before, but whilst we're suggesting RFEs, it would be nice if we could have FlatView dirs for subsets of the entire tree. e.g. I only record about 5% of the programmes on the family Humax; when I want to see what I've recorded recently, it's either been swamped...
