1. Anyone else deciding what to do after XP?
  
  I meant we who work in the uk government - plan is bury our heads and XP may be around forever. Lots of positives to this. No additional costs, no man time needed to upgrade etc. My views are my own.

3. Anyone else deciding what to do after XP?
  
  The uk government has done a deal with Microsoft so we are still getting support / patches for a further year. My plan do nothing till nearer next April! My worry - what happens to all those British rail electronic notice boards or the tills at Aldi?

5. Will I cause problems if I power down during fix-disk?
  
  Would breakup of picture not be more symptomatic of signal problems? Not an expert but I would be looking at signal strength and possible retune?

  As my dad used to say "it says Kellogg's Corn Flakes on the side of a bus but that doesn't mean you can buy them on board" What ever happened to adverts on the side of a bus? Don't seem to see them any more. Also why can't you buy fruit at apple or orange shops? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

  The changed times of coronation street this week meant my wife missed some recordings at 9pm due to conflict. Could that explain the 9Pm missed recording?

  Mike, Good point but ... I don't use my mobile to phone friends as it's a work mobile. I use my landline to call friends or use the BT Smarttalk app (recommended). I do use my mobile to ring my wife which could explain why I annoy her? P.S. Is it ok to end the above statement with a ??
