CBBC is "not transmissing" now. But the four are also showing in WebIf 1.0.7-7 at the moment. I will keep checking, see if they vanish and at what time.
On HDR Fox T2#2 (on WebIf 1.0.7-7) I noticed that the following channels were missing when viewing the EPG in the WebIf (now and next; both grid styles):
70 CBBC Channel
71 CBeebies
72 CITV
73 CBBC HD

This morning was the same as... First boot tonight after three hours the log contains the larger quote below: I set it to record to push the temperature up, the fan only ran the humax profile and there isn’t anything I can discern that relates to the fan package (maybe this latter is a clue in...
Definitely weird: the fan is again no longer running permanently (at 50%) since the HDR Fox-T2 was first switched on (manually) Sunday lunch time. Not even with it set to 80%. The humax regime is still working.
I cannot offer any clues. Nothing was really that different between when the fan...
I have had the fan package installed on my second HDR Fox T2 for a while. It’s a new RE/GB 1.03.06 model. My current observations of fan behaviour with the fan package installed are:
At 10% the fan only seems to run the Humax profile.
At 20% it does seem to maybe occasionally start up, runs...
I don’t have a place to host stuff; if you pm me your email I can send you the source and a compiled executable. I only have 1.03.06 to test on; there is a small possibility it needs to be recompiled and/or updated for older firmwares. To have it run on boot-up requires a mod to...
It’s definitely looking good at the moment. I have a “close to a release” version just installed and running on my “backup HDR Fox T2”; I will try to give it a good run in over the week. I am sure there may be requests for “changes/additions” once it is seen!
Do we want it to search humaxtv...
I had the same or similar problem with the second HDR Fox T2 I recently got (hanging whilst waiting to download an opk, including attempts to install the first full Webif, although it did work eventually). It would also often do the same when trying to install add-on packages.
I don’t think...
Using a name with "humaxtv" in it appears not to be a good idea: as there is something in the Webif that appears to use "humaxtv" (or a substring of) to get process IDs for "/usr/bin/humaxtv", and ends up failing because it is manipulating "175\n176"!
Apart from renaming "xhumaxtv" to...
Indeed! Give me a few days to find the time to double check things and I can send you the code. Or you can have a copy now if you want an early look?
The other simpler? ways required messing with the available writable storage on boot prior to humaxtv being run... that is, copy humaxtv...
Both my PS3s (original “fat” and brand new “super slim”) are up-to-date software wise and can both see the Humaxen (now there’s a debate) as DLNA media servers. However, the PS3s can only play the SD recordings, not the HD ones (even if I decrypt them). For the HD recordings I get the message...
App for changing the Humax DLNA Server Name
Whilst personally happy with the Wiki method (http://wiki.hummy.tv/wiki/Change_Media_Server_Name) of changing the DLNA Media Server name, I noted other’s may be less enthusiastic. Which set me to thinking and using up some of the time I don’t have...
I was thinking along the lines of saving everything (EPG#, mux, frequency, PIDs and so on) in order to detect a “retune”, and only restoring the schedule if a retune appears to have taken place. That would still leave the possibility of a retune happening, but there being no changes?
Or it...
If the current channel list was also backed up at the time the schedule is, then if the “current” channel list is different [and the schedule is now empty] on reboot, I would assume/presume that a retune has occurred. Unless it will automatically retune without any real need to do so?
Could a...
I wonder how old your HDR#1 is?
If HDR#1 is an “older model”, could it be that the PSU that it has was designed for the disk drives to be supplied and is not beefy enough to provide the necessary power for those more recent bigger drives? Were you able to hear the 1TB drive spin-up when it...

This example will disappear from the EPG in a few days.
