The country settings as FH suggest sounds like a possible candidate.
The other possibility could be an issue with your ISP. We recently had this at work where our IP settings from our web-domain was temporarily screwed up while BT made some changes, the side affect was that our IP address...
oh - one other point. If you manually rescan the individual MUXs then only scheduled recordings from channels from that MUX are affected. I did this recently and it worked just fine.
I must admit that I never actually used it on my old 9200 but then I never really kept anything for long on its disk.
In practice, the amount of time that it would take to decide what to edit then make the edits themselves is probably greater than the time/hassle of just skipping over the ads...
Does anyone know if the T2 has seperate power on/off IR codes or does it simply have a power toggle code ?
The reason for asking is that was looking to see if I can set this up correctly on my Harmony remote but currently only seem to be able to get power toggle to work.
mine works very quickly indeed - no issues with sluggishness at all. In fact it is slightly better than my harmony remote.
Maybe there a a bad batch of remotes (or relievers) out there.
Many thanks Lazy boy !!! Your link was very interesting.
As you may detect, I'm still finding my way with this vieo format stuff so your findings are very useful. I will do some experimenting and find out.
Good info - I'm starting to get a feel for where I should be heading with thsi stuff...
cool - I also have TVersity installed but I find that it keeps stopping the server each time my Pc goes to sleep. I have the auto start option selected but it keeps doing it.. guess I need a day off too to figure it out ;)
note : reason for asking is that I am looking to transcode all of my old DV AVI files (which dont work on the humax) into something that does using MediaCoder... I am currently targeting XVid in an AVI container but since the coding takes a while I was wondering if this is ok ?
I have BT infinity @ 37Mb - HD playback works absolutely fine for me although there is some slowness in navigating the interface in iPlayer. The interactive speed seems to change throughout the day, I suppose depending on traffic at the iplayer host
I plugged by Edimax in and it worked first time - no issues at all. Speed/usability seems unchanged from the homeplugs and as a bonus, my BT Homehub does not mess-up the DLNA so I can now stream reliably to my T2... happy days!
