Update: I've been trying some of the suggestions made. Sysmon now does show all the data. So, progress.
However, settings still won't load.
I have tried the 'fixweb' command. It seems to work reloading it until the last line then indicates an issue. It says; mod/bin/jimsh: can't load library...
Thanks for the info.
FYI, I ran a fixdisk session this afternoon to check all was well - no problems reported.
CF version 3.13 (build 4028)
Sysmon is 1.2.6 - and no updates/upgrades were showing as available for it.
As far as I know I'm up to date - is there a particular package you had in...
In case it helps, I have just disconnected then reconnected my web browser to the box.
An entry has now appeared in Webif-error.log as follows. Don't know what it all means, though!

::sqlite.handle4 query {...

File "/mod/webif/plugin/sysmon/data/net.jim", line 10, in setvars...
Yes, a box has come up in that one headed 'settings' with a number of items tabulated. I don't see all of the packages I use listed, though, in case that's relevant
Thanks for the quick reply.
Webif-error.log is showing empty.
Webif has the following in it - not sure if that's relevant to this or not - don't know what it means, in fact!

Just been on the CF doing some housekeeping and tried to go into 'settings' several times. All I get is a blank screen and nothing will load.
All other functions seem OK, except this one. Is it just me?! I have tried re-booting both the PC and the Humax, but still the same result.
You have possibly got blinkers on yourself to what I have been saying in the requests made. I have only relatively recently become a user of the CF (I know, I should have done it years ago) so things that are second nature to you old hands with it are new to me.
I thought I was making it clear...
I know you're a man of some wisdom around the T2 on this forum, but expanding that to an apparent knowledge of what someone you don't know either thinks or feels is beyond even your capabilities. Please desist and stick with what you have an undeniable talent for...it's safer that way.
Thanks BH. Pardon the ignorance, but how exactly do I create the command line. Not done it before.
I think this file is a rogue. It appears among the root directory recordings in the file editor rather than with other series folders.
Also, I don’t think it is being recreated in the way you...
I didn’t, as the disc had been used for several years and had appeared to be getting ‘weary’, in various respects, in recent times before the slow processing issue started.
Using the file editor under the diagnostics function in cf, I have discovered there is a rogue series file that appears under .series that is not visible under the media/video list in either cf or on the box itself
I believe this entry is preventing the series in question from being recorded...
Just to close the loop on this issue (which often posts don't do!), I replaced the HDD and the slow processing problem has been solved. Now whip fast again!
An update, in case it helps explain the odd behaviour.
Last night I deleted the Father Brown.thm sub file containing the Pointless episode and it moved to the ‘Deleted’ folder for later deletion. The Father Brown episode itself remained in the Father Brown folder. I also deleted the Pointless...
Hello BH!
I am on the current CF, which I newly re-loaded onto new Skyhawk at your suggestion (i.e. I didn't transfer). I didn't select the package with decryption or any other package requiring post-processing to my knowledge. I have been recording since installing the HDD and CF on it last...
Just recently installed a new Seagate Skyhawk 2TB drive. Pleased with it so far.
Today I have had a first from the box after many years ownership. I recorded Father Brown earlier today and Pointless later on. When I was looking at the various recordings on the box just now I noticed 2 files...
