Quite some time ago I used a backup program called Syncovery to archive data off my PC to my NAS. I also used to to 'pull' recordings from my HDR and save them on my NAS too.
However, it has been quite some months since I last used the program to connect to my HDR but it it now fails to connect...

I have installed it on both my active HDRs. I have chosen to run it in test mode for a while, just to see what actually happens and to minimise the risk of ‘losing’ one of SWMBO’s scheduled recordings!
It’s all getting very serious, and close to home. Certainly cannot just shrug my shoulders any more.
My dad, 86 is in a care home with vascular dementia. My mum is 84 and visits him every day. They have been married 65 years.
I received a call from the home an hour ago stating they are in...
Ha. I had something similar with an elderly neighbour few years ago. He called round to say that he couldn’t hear when he tried to use is hands free landline phone.
He had mistakenly placed his TV remote control handset into the phone handset’s cradle and was trying to make a call with the TV...
Yeah. It is racing towards the holiday season so perhaps folks are away.
Could simply be that all is working well in Hummy land and everyone is happy.
