Note also that next Wednesdays episode is only a half hour, which is why I suspect they have used an old episode.
I haven't worked out why there isn't a full hour time slot, the programs around Repair Shop look like they could have made space if they had tried it.
But my understanding is that all four fields need to have correct addresses in them for the hummy to send at all. That is why i suggested going to DHCP to get the three fields correctly filled in then going back to manual to enter the desired device IP address.
I would suggest changing it to DHCP, let it make the network connection, and that will fill in all the other fields. Then change it back to Manual, and set the address again. It sounds to me like it cannot find the translation server.
I've had these, and the first time I couldn't be bothered with entering them every day, so wrote them down. But the system expects you to enter them every day, and won't accept a table of entries.
Well, as I suggested in my post it stopped at the next AR mark. It wasn't actually a runaway program, it just missed the AR mark at the start of the program following Antiques Roadshow and instead stopped on the next AR mark.
Hmm, I recorded it and it stopped correctly.
I'm using padding, not AR, if that makes a difference. It may have missed the AR stop (or more correctly the AR start for the next program) if you are using that.
OK, when it did its power cycle at around 5:15 this morning it did not power up and when I powered it up it had reset to no channels and no EPG again. :frantic::frantic::frantic::frantic:
So had to do a channel scan before any backups would restore the EPG.
