Given that the OP does not seem to have a lot scheduled, why not turn auto restore off.
As he is now using disable_dso there is not a great likelihood that he will loose his schedule. He can always manually restore if he ever does a manual retune.
Obviously, any bug still needs fixing.
PERSONAL VIEW.
I think you will find that the slow EPG does not seem to be present for every one.
It appears to depend on how you use the EPG and how many expired entries there are in the recordings schedule.
If you scroll down a page at a time or across 2/24 hours at a time, I don't think you...
If you set auto decrypt at folder level the items in that folder are automatically decrypted in the background whilst the Hummy is on. It usually kicks in soon after selection for existing recordings or shortly after completion for new recordings.
To decrypt a single file select opt+ decrypt...
Can't answer for your specific sony model. I have a KDL-40NX713 and a couple of older Sonys.
All work fine with Hummy via HDMI.
Only limitation seems to be the Hummy does not automatically switch to source when hummy turned on. This is not a problem to me as I leave the TV set to the Hummy...
Does this mean that AF123 now has the ability to acquire a copy of the Firmware?
If so does this offer the opportunity to dissect it with a view to a future CF?
I know AF123 probably already has enough to do, I don't have a 2000T myself but was thinking more to the future when the Fox HDR is no...
I wonder if they still claim iPlayer support on these boxes. If I understood correctly, earlier posts seem to be saying that iplayer 4 does not work on the HD.
I have both a T2 (with CF) and a YouView.
Believe me the YouView isn't even in the same league. I've mothballed the YouView and bought a second T2 as backup instead.
You might consider using a TP-Link TL-WR702N. It's costs about £17 and can be configured as several different devices (router, repeater, client...).
If configured as a wifi client and connected to the HUMMY ethernet port it looks like an ethernet connection to the hummy, no worry about having...
Have you tried using an ftp client on your PC, FileZilla seems to work for a lot of us.
It also avoids need for commands since it is GUI and uses similar principles to explorer.
Try setting the network up with the switch again BUT disconnect the NAS.
As already stated, recent versions of Twonky (7 I think) are known to knock the hummy over.
EDIT: my suggestion was overtaken by other entries, sorry.
It's a web-if package, if it isn't installed already it should be listed on the "available" packages tab.
If you can't see it in the list you may need to turn "show development packages ..." On in settings/advanced.
