      Tunefix is installed and updating ok. Automatically upgraded package tunefix-update from 1.0.89 to 1.0.90 I've entered some scheduled recordings so will see if they're backed up tonight. How do i determine if nvram is faulty?

      Just to add to the above, the custom keys soon stopped working again so I contacted Harmony support. They said that the keys need to be defined under the Activity as well and not just the Device. They did this adn now the keys seem to be working again.

      You're right - there is a .hmt file for that programme, but nothing else. And I keep getting notifications for the failed recording. So if I delete that file, then what should I do now?

      How to secure Samba share access

      It's hard wired, I was just looking for a way to protect the shares from being open by default on the network. I had a quick look on configuring samba but adding a user seems to require the smbpasswd -a cmd, and the user then needs to be in /etc/passwd. Will take a look in next few days.
