  No, prpr is asking what "lost settings" means. Did you get the factory start-up wizard, where you have to go through tuning and configure the screen ratio etc etc? The alternative is the WebIF lost its configuration, which would imply a HDD problem.

  I tend not to, because I never leave it in gear (except on a severe gradient). If a mechanic leaves it in gear I get a bit of a shock. I think it's stupid that a vehicle (ie the electric Mokka) requires the brake pedal depressed to "start" it. With an automatic parking brake, it already knows...

  I think you misunderstand. The WebIF needs updating to account for the extra processing in its progress bar. You don't want the version without the extra processing!

  That's normal, and I have no doubt the other unit will do the same from time to time. Just set it up again. CF can insulate you from most of the setting up, with a reboot: Restoring User Settings after Restore Factory Defaults
