Stuck EPG entries
After using Visual Schedule to remove a couple of programs from the schedule I ended up with 2 entries in the EPG, highlighted in red, that I could do nothing with. Clock Change - WebIF Schedule Browser Confusion
The cricket is definitely on Channel 5, not 5+1. If I hover over the entry it shows the start time as 19:00 and the end time as 19:55. All the others are shown as one hour earlier than their start time on the timeline but when you hover over them they show the correct start time.- phit03

Clock Change - WebIF Schedule Browser Confusion
Just noticed that the Visual Schedule is showing some programs with the correct scheduled times while others are showing as an hour before their scheduled time (see attached). on 1 of my 5 boxes, the ability to schedule programs via the web-if without rebooting has gone. It was OK the last time I used it about a month ago (I've been at home and not needed to use the web-if to schedule programs) but now I'm away from home and it asks for a reboot when scheduling via...- phit03

I've been having a few problems with sidecar initiated from the web-if where it appears to hang. It appears that it doesn't like an ampersand in the filename. I created a new directory and then used copy and pasted the copied file into the new directory from the web-interface. I have the same problem with the decrypt flag being reset after a manual decrypt. I stopped auto-processing by setting a time period when it should not run, manually decrypted a program recorded from Drama and then restarted auto-processing to run overnight. Just noticed that some of the entries for the decryption of the Drama programs in the "Queue" have "plugin failure" against them. Not sure what it means but may point to a problem.- phit03

Yes, I came to the same conclusion with manual decryption working OK. I'm currently recording Sharpe on Drama with AR instead of the usual padding of 2 minutes either end to see if this works but don't see why it should make a difference. For now I'll manually decrypt Drama programs.- phit03

I have the same problem - tried on 2 different boxes, both have the problem. I have Drama channel set to "padding" rather than "AR" in the multi-mode settings. I'll try changing it back to "AR" in case this is causing a problem.- phit03

Oh yes, that problem was fixed fairly quickly because the custom firmware is very well supported but it didn't stop me wasting time thinking the problem was with my box rather than caused by an automatic upgrade that I didn't know had taken place.
