  I think it was a case of getting me off the phone really quickly, He, humax rep, sounded quite confident that it would fix the issue. When it didn't work I phoned them back up again and the person i spoke to was not willing to go through it step by step with me because he said its quite simple...

  I just followed their instructions, you are correct, there are no internet options for sharing. I don't know what else to try, It is still looping.

  Hi, at christmas I added a WD MyCloud device to the server but its been 2 months and the boot loop issue only started a few days ago, I don't think that uses this Twonky thing that i have read about. thanks.
