  Long shot, but try with other versions of the boot loader. As af123 pointed out in another thread, the highest version is not necessarily better.

  I would like to swap the HDDs on two HDRs, both of which are running CF v3.13 and the same packages/settings. One HDR has a 1 TB HDD, the other a 2TB HDD. Is it just a case of physically swapping HDDs over? All recordings on both HDDs have been decrypted Thanks

  One of my HDRs has had this issue recently too. It just happens randomly. Strangely, it seems to happen on one box more than the other. Both units are set up with same packages etc. Both can go weeks without an occurrence then it will happen two or three times in the space of a couple of days...
