Pause on Live TV no longer works
OK ....fixisk completed Upgraded custom f/w to current ver 3.13 Rerun fixdisk ..... took much longer this time Interesting now had 26 bad blocks, all fixed successfully except for 1 which shows as 'skipped' When I run fixdisk from custom f/w 3.1 it completed in under 2 Hrs, on this f/w it has...- Sargan

Pause on Live TV no longer works
Have the f/w on USB stick ready to upgrade. When fixdisk finshed does it give a report, should I collect or save any log ? Seeing a number of: Error reading block 234094912 (Attempt to read block from filesystem resulted in short read) while getting next inode from scan. Ignore error? yes...- Sargan

Telnet set up, set into Main mode Currently running fixdisk Just read comment on upgrade - I will upgrade after fixdisk completes. So far found 1 Bad Block which f/ware ver should I install there are 3 listed: Custom Custom with DeBug Custom with Stock Is it the first one - Custom ?- Sargan

OK ... worse than I thought ... any time recordings, single or series are failing. up till last week OK .... so assume it’s linked to the same fault. They show as recording ... if I press ‘stop’ it lists what should be recording (as normal) However when it finishes there is nothing captured, and...- Sargan

Downloading and installing full web interface... FAILURE
I found that my browser shortcut was no longer working to http://192.168.1.75 Looked up IP on the PVR and it showed 192.168.1.74 no idea why it changed but did have new BT package some months back. Connected to http://192.168.1.74/ and got the on-screen message "Custom Firmware...- Sargan

Pause on Live TV no longer works
I have a FOX HDR T2 Last week it stopped allowing 'pause' on live TV ..... It is still making recordings OK, pause works fine on recording playback - but not on live TV. The 'PVR' button on remote does flash read when pause pressed, so again giving confidence in the remote. Removed all cables...- Sargan

Moving (copying) recording
I do have CF installed ( I desribed using in in step #3) I found a solution .... installed VLC on ipad and simply drop .ts files (from PVR) and they play happily on iPad without conversion. Would still be interested to know if I can select a few boxes (there is a tick box) and copy ...- Sargan

Moving (copying) recording
I know I can copy a recording onto a USB stick. I have a 3 part Q ......... loads of films and series on my PVR .... and I do a lot of travel, would be good to load some of these onto my iPad to watch while travelling. #1 Can I download the files direct to my iPad ? if so how #2 PVR is...- Sargan

Ahh ... I didn't realise that I still had to run that - had thought build version update was enough - so now done that now - lots of work takes place in shell window. including: did webif update configured schedule-restore configured tunefix-update A question on schedule restore - in the...- Sargan

Lost access to what? I meant as per my OP (# 1 in this thread) - I'll try and be less 'impressive and lazy' I meant that after reading the comment #11 about installing auto-schedule-restore I logged into box from PC gui - Installed the app ... and as reported originally .. i.e in #1...- Sargan

Gob closed ...... sorry did not know this existed. I had asked the question some time back and had a big technical explanation as to the benefits of why it wipes the schedule. I have installed - and again ( as per the OP) have lost access - is this normal when you install apps ? ... or is...- Sargan

Didn't know build until I Telnetted in (never used Telnet on box before) Anyway resolved - now on 3.10 (build 2734) and access working again. Impressed that all scheduled recordings are still there - its a pain when you have to rescan tuner and lose them all. Thanks- Sargan
