  The search and schedule facility, hidden under the Auto button on the RS site, looks interesting. Very much like the searches in my old series 1 TiVo. Seems rather powerful so, for now, vigilance shall be my watch word. Thank you all for your replies.

4. Clock Change - WebIF Schedule Browser Confusion
  
  Not sure if this is related but, as I click from one day to another in the EPG in Web-IF, the start point jumps an hour. So, one page starts at 8pm Wednesday, click on Thursday and it jumps to 9pm Thursday. Click on Friday and it jumps to 10pm Friday.

  I wondered whether they represented a hierarchy. So, if Slot 1, Slot 2 and Slot 3 overlapped, Slot 3 would be ignored/not recorded.

  Thanks for starting this thread, BH. My Sunday morning reminder, similar to yours, switches to BBCONE HD in time for The Andrew Marr Show. It and another reminder are shown as one hour ahead in Web-IF.

  It appears that links to pages have been changed. Thus the link to http://10.0.0.14/sched/ has become http://10.0.0.14/go/mm_schedule and resolves to http://10.0.0.14/sched/? Is this permanent as it breaks my Stylish coding? Which url should I use?

  My Recording List is full and normal looking. My Visual Schedule consists of one line, empty save for the date "Wed 31/12/1969". This persists after a reboot. The RS version at https://rs.hpkg.tv/conflicts/ looks normal.

  hhmm... I disabled the reminder on disable-OTA just to watch him die. er... sorry, just to see what would happen and nothing did. Which is to say there is still a reminder in the schedule. Oh, does disable-OTA create the reminder if it is not there? So, I need to delete it from the schedule...

15. Recordings ending a minute early.
  
  A couple of my BBC TWO HD recordings have ended a minute or two early. The clock is 30 seconds ahead of the clock on the BBC Red Button channel. There was no following recording on last night's failure. I had a look through the settings on the Humax and nothing obviously relevant jumped out...

  You are right, as ever, BH. It was the Clear operation that prompted this thread. I was also unclear as to where these files resided. I wouldn't have looked in tmp for files that are over two years old! Thanks for the fulsome instructions which I will follow in due course.

  SFNs? I was thinking today that if I did want to register my annoyance over the loss of HD channels, who would I direct my ire at? The BBC? Freeview? Who took the decision that led to my losing those HD channels and who has the power to remedy the situation?
