For the HD-FOX, the custom software HDR Mode package gives it the ability to decrypt when copying using the handset. Can anyone elaborate on this? From the guide.- tommarv

After CF upgrade
Can anyone whos been helping myself just stick to this forum now. Ive updated to CF. Had a play with folders and duplicates etc. Im trying to play (on pc)a transferred file (.ts) upto now no joy. Im getting (cant render file) in media lite player. So im almost sure Im missing out on...- tommarv

CF upgrading
Ive upgraded to CF 29 after installing official 29. Ive posted in hd cf firmware forum about transferring videos. Upto now Ive got ts files on my pc but cant play. Cant render files error. comes up in multli players, mpc and media player lite. which usually play trp files- tommarv

Correction
Ive got CF on now and can see hummy in my browser. Ive installed full web package and can see my videos. Ive downloaded (to pc) two SD videos, but cant play in media player classic or media lite. Ive made a new folder on my hdd and copied a video to there, then downloaded the copied file, but...- tommarv

Ive posted recently in HDR section should have been in here. Ive upgraded to 1 02 29, Internet radio staying on now. Im just looking at CF and getting ready to upgrade again. When I upgraded to 29 from 28 I got logged out of Some pages (how to upgrade to CF etc) and my IP came up instead of my...- tommarv

Ive got 1.02.28 official firmware. The latest CF is HD_FOX_T2_1.02.29_mod_2.19.zip HD_FOX_T2_1.02.20_mod_2.19.zip Can I update with any of these? Just in case I want to go back to where I am already.- tommarv

how do i delete my account, I wouldnt want to like to upset prpr, he seems like a "maker of bullets". thanks for your responses. Ill leave my hummy as it is. Like a said its ook for what I bought it for.- tommarv

Digital Aerials
I had a aerial amplifier on the end of my twig (in the attic). Then the samsung tv 14 months old started to switch itself off and on, my wife thought i was taking the p. Neh never , I got a new plasma samsung and left the amplifier out of the equation. just connecting the hummy via twig to tv...- tommarv

In brief: The hd fox as encrypted files whereas the hdr as non-encrypted. Then if you customise the hd fox it stores non-encrypted files on the usb connected hdd. whew! (best not beef sentances with commas (word police are about);)- tommarv

your right,, I would have bought an HDR in hindsight,, but Im happy with HD for hd freeview and ability to record with usb,, plus the youtube is as good if not better than chrome cast. :) peace- tommarv
