  I hope the screenshot has attached. I'm having trouble getting my wife's laptop to link to the humax via the network shares automount method. I've read through the pages on this forum relating to it but cannot get it to work. I have my laptop working fine with it , I can play videos on my laptop...

  Interestingly the TV guide on the sky player app still works, it just seems to be the login problem. I don't think there has been an update of the iPhone sky go app since the humax sky player stopped working, which may suggest that it is indeed looking at what type of device is logging in, then...

  Thank Ezra, didn't realise it was as simple as manually deleting the channels from the left then clicking save. Thanks for your help. David

  I've deleted by accident some channels thus putting them into the left hand side box. I cannot seem to get the back. I've tried an automatic channel search (menu, settings, installation, automatic search), this results in no additional channels being shown. I am not rebooting after the scan...

  I have an hd liked to an hdr with folders on my pc mounted on the hd. When i open the mounted folder showing the files on the hd, the order in which the series tv programmes is listed, seems to be mixed up. Is there a way to list in order? David

Sky player help
