  Why it is occurring is another question that may require @prpr and @/df to provide suggestions, a force reinstall of the webif package might help. Not all packages use the settings class and no all include the package name in the setting name

  Why, I can understand moving the disk but why PSU? You could try Fan on the old unit and see it resolves the issue giving you a spare

  you could try bypassing the tuning by copying the databases from a previuously working setup but it would probably then start failing with a similar error when attempting to read the epg and/or recording stream
