Revelation! I didnt know you could do this, downloaded both packages on my HTC Desire and was watching my Hummy contents from my warm bed last night! Fab! Just gutted i cant pull my films off of the external hard drive that is connected to my box...
Ah ok, that is going to be useful to me. Dowloaded it and it looks nicer too, except i cant get the weather widget working!

Ohhhhh have you any idea how much this wishlist is the holy grail??? It would a make a lot of people happy lol!
But isnt it bad that we have to get it developed when other machines have some as standard.....
Having issues-
Recently its hit or miss if i am able to connect to my box.
Does not matter if i try on my PC or smartphone.
Hae tried restarting wireless connection.
Have tried restarting wireless connection on PC.
Have tried restarting box.
The Web IF IP Addy just wont load and gives page error...
Yup all done so thanks! I have yet to download anything, i was accessing the webif from a smartphone and mine wont let you cut and paste URL's into that specific box so i need to wait until i fire up the PC ( which happens less and less these days) to test it out!
Ok next question then, if i find a torrent online how do i get it into the humax and get it to start downloading it?
I am sure i have transmission downloaded but dont know where to start....sorry..

I have a bittorrent client working nicely on the PC, can someone explain to me the advantage of having the client on the Hummy interface?
Is it just an alternative download client ?
Or if not and it has other advantages how does this tie in with the hummy in day to day use?

Slightly off topic ( but not worthy of a new thread) , is there anywhere online or in any documentation that shows what the symbols mean on the EPG, e.g like the series link icon ?
I dont recall seeing anything in my HDR info manual.
Yup, live sky tv via the custom portal is fine, content that is days old cannot be accessed at all. Happy that what's being done is experimental but i assumed others had no issue with on demand as i had not read before that post that anyone except me had a problem.
