Problems accessing WebIf?

Having issues-
Recently its hit or miss if i am able to connect to my box.
Does not matter if i try on my PC or smartphone.
Hae tried restarting wireless connection.
Have tried restarting wireless connection on PC.
Have tried restarting box.
The Web IF IP Addy just wont load and gives page error messages.
The only thing i can think i am doing is downloading a single torrent but i am trying to connnect to see how long is left or even if i can delete it to solve the issue.....
Sometimes it will just connect, i try a minute later no joy,....
Any ideas???

Oh and box is switched on when i try. Also tried while box is recording and when it isnt...

The torrent may well not be a significant load on your network, but it could be occupying a significant proportion of the Humax processing power.
