Hi Jeremy, The current version of unencrypt only runs overnight. This was because of some stutters and other issues that I found on my own box at home and running the decryption overnight has definitely improved the situation. Try checking out your area on http://www.ukfree.tv. It's not always accurate though, the information shown for my area won't be valid for about 6 months, so you might also want to look to http://www.digitaluk.co.uk/postcodechecker/ to cross reference.- Sam Widges

It might be worth checking what HD Mux your Humax is tuned to. I live between 2 transmitters and one of them upped the power recently on the HD Mux and for some unknown reason my HDR decided to lock on to the worse signal - the quality would have been pretty good if the aerial was above the...- Sam Widges

If you have a script blocker (like noscript in Firefox), that's what you will see. If you enable scripting, the webif should work a lot better.- Sam Widges

Be careful with deleting files using webif, there seems to be a rather nasty bug. While using the delete option to remove some radio programmes, webif wiped my entire radio directory (not just the 29 files that I had selected to wipe) and then killed my /mod directory. Recording are always 1080i not 1080p
I don't think that any UK HD transmissions are in 1080p - BBC and ITV are 1080i, so it's almost certain that the 1080p message is incorrect.- Sam Widges

Recordings corrupted and won't play - due to custom firmware?

You got my HDR setup file, but you can have the one from my HD as well if you want, but it'll be later this evening now. I was referring to the field you mentioned above - there is no row in tbl_menuconfig where itemName is "DIGITAL_CONTENT_PROTECTION".- Sam Widges
