FixDisk Results
Hi, A routine run of fixDisk resulted in an error which is this, Error storing directory block information (inode=6754201, block=0), as such the HDD was not displaying the expected memory and would not format, does anyone have any ideas what is going on?.- Foxtrot204

Can You Pass The Life In The UK Test?
Interesting that not a single word appears about British colonial history and it's disastrous effects on so many former colonies, e.g. Cyprus, Palestine Northern Ireland, India/Pakistan the list is too long for comfort.- Foxtrot204

I am not certain of the actual download speed as such my box is using ethernet connection, although it has a wi-fi dongle attached at the same time, my broadband speed is >100Mb/s. How do I check the download speed please?. The download can sometime 'time out'- Foxtrot204

It is indeed the same HDD, every indication from SMART data showed that the drive was and still is in good health, my troubles started following a routine fixdisk short scan, after which, I have not been able to access the box via Webif, which displays a message that it cannot detect an internal...- Foxtrot204

Apologies, i need to amend an error in post #3, I said that the TV screen was blank, that is incorrect, the HDMI cable was detached at the time, the T2 does in fact power up and work as a receiver but no access to storage. I removed the HDD and looked at the partitions on it on my Linux...- Foxtrot204

I have switched the unit on and off at the back , it has not helped, stuck on initialising , yeas this is indicated in the browser , on the TV there is no display as you would expect, just a blank screen.- Foxtrot204

Hey, decided to run a routine fixdisk scan today, short scan, it returned no errors or issues except, the box was stuck on initialising and showing that no internal HDD was detected.
