      VLC able to decrypt HD files

      VLC on an Amazon Fire Stick seems to be able to play (via DLNA) encrypted HD files from a FOX-T2. I thought only another FOX-T2 was able to do this. Is this behaviour known ? I think VLC on Android may be able to do this as well, it's just my phone isn't powerful enough.

      Recordings break at 3:30 AM

      I have a problem that recordings scheduled to be running at 0330 break at that time. (other people have seen this: http://www.avforums.com/threads/foxsat-hdr-recordings-terminated-at-03-30.1474995/) I presume there is some job that runs at that time that needs top see a particular transponder...

      Invisible files

      Various programs I have recorded have become invisible to the normal screen interface, even though they are still on the disk, I can see them through telnet/ftp and even the DLNA server, but nothing on the TV. I have run the fix-disk in the CF, but no joy. (Though it did find more fsck errors...

      HDMI to DVI

      According to the manual, it should be possible to connect the Fox-T2's HDMI to a TV's DVI. But this does not work on mine. The same idea does work with a Bush Freesat-HD box, and a Toshiba Blu-ray, if the resoultion is set to 576P and RGB mode (rather than YCrCb). Is there any way to force...
