Did update all packages this evening - bad idea!
Scheduled Events screen is now complete mess, and as in post 1, backup/restore button has no effect.
Gone are the Green/White shaded rows and events are listed in no particular order.
The procedure in post #13 of this discussion has fixed all my problems with Redring, Power on Channel (POC) and Humax never going into Standby. Found folder which would not copy, then drilled down to find the offending file within the folder which would not copy. Tried to delete the file...
Same problem here - return to settings give 404 error.
Also settings are ignored, and power on tunes to last viewed channel. Volume settings also ignored.
Have looked at Sweeper and decided that it's not for me - far too complicated - couldn't find any suitable rules so removed package. It looks like I will just have to live with running auto-decrypt from Folder Opt menu, then run Detect-ads automatically using settings for detectads - easy peasy...
Thank you for your input Black Hole, but perhaps not best bet for dummies like me?? I have been able to set Auto-decrypt on selected programs, and through settings, set Detect-ads to automatically process after Decrypt. Could not Crop be invoked with a similar settings option? Sweeper looks a...
Detect Ads and Crop must be my favourite packages. They make watching without the need of the remote in my hand a pleasure. I would be quite happy for Crop to run automatically after Detect Ads, making the assumption that saving 70-80% would be the correct option. Running Crop manually I find it...
Very impressed with this package which accurately identifies all ads in my Midsomer Murders. It does however have problems with channel 5. For my sins I record both Home & Away, and Neighbours. So far detectads has consistently failed to detect any ads, putting bookmarks only at the scheduled...
Took mine back to 2.0.8 - and it doesn't work for me! - Presented with black screen, supposedly playing recording, but showing only traffic cone in centre. Used to be able to play on Android, but this also fails with black screen.
Losing the will to live!
Chasing around Plug-ins, Extensions, Browsers etc all result in a black screen, all but for a central traffic cone. The heading tells me that the video is playing, but all controls have no effect and the traffic cone becomes very boring after a short while. This is a...
This is now also my problem since latest firmware update to 1.03.12 and CFW 2.23. VLC has been working well and I have been able to play recordings on both Windows laptop and Android smartphone. No longer the case! What a hassle - OTA failed and left me with a reset Fox. Upgraded using download...
Looks like I've already arrived! No need to go anywhere from where I am. - Came from Official 1.02.32 - Downloaded and installed CFW 2.23/1.03.12 Easy to assume that both Customised and Official Firmware are packaged together as the procedure states "this single step will install the Customised...
