  This is all fantastic... brilliant work... One thing that I would like to see is the ability to set up recordings from the epg... either one off or sps.... Then i can access when away from home, and catch that show that I just saw advertised on the TV in my hotel room. Brill work again........ M

  I am also gutted by this news.... even more so as I went out and bought the FOX T2 for free HD to compliment the tivo..... and now have to go and spend out on SKY+HD so that I can still record the few shows that I watch on Sky..... I neednt have spent the money on the Fox..... although i do get...

  Really annoying.... I thought that this would allow the ability to stream/ transfer to the PC for Archive.... but it appears not....... I understand the HD content.... but i record a whole load of SD stuff to keep me amused wile away on business trips...... and it looks like i still have to do...

7. Playback between machines
  
  so far no luck from me with FTPed files.... VLC will not play them...... I have tried with IE and also cute FTP with all the other stuff........ Agan.... with no media server... unlikely that one machine can access and play contents of another box

  Hi All.... Probably an amp set up issue... but thought i would mention it.... jusyt in case anyone else gets the same thing. I have a couple of SPs set up on BBC HD channel (Episodes and Human Planet) When plating these back... the Announcer sounds like he or she is down a 3 mile hole ...
