No problem not resolved. However I don't use the HDR-T2 as I now have a YouView (humax) box which has its own little quirks like the screen going purple on startup on occasions which can only be resolved by a power-off cycle
Here is a copy of my configuration file that mounts a share from my Windows XP server on the humax. The file (S99media-server) is stored in the /mod/etc/init.d directory with the following permissions (-rwx------). My Windows XP server is called "Media-Server" with the IP Address 192.168.0.20...
This was a solution posted on the Serviio forum. Have to say I haven't tried it as I found another work around as previously posted
ffmpeg.exe -i "INPUTFILE" -y -threads 2 -vcodec mpeg2video -sameq -r 25 -g 15 -copyts -acodec ac3 -ab 192k -ar 48000 -ac 2 -map 0:0 -map 0:1 -sn -f mpegts...

Streaming to Sony is possible if you have a PC running Serviio. I have mounted via Samba the Media Disk on the PC running Serviio. Serviio is then configured to pick this up and transcode it making it available to Sony (KDL-2EX320). I did have to modify the Serviio configure file to read a .ts...
I have got the Humax to stream recordings to my Sony, by mount the Media Disk on my Server and using Serviio to present it to the Sony, works a treat.
Sorry is is via the Custom Firmware.
Stream to Sony TV, xbox, ipad, use Samba for Humax. It seems that Serviio seems to slow the PC down when it is indexing files from the Humax. Having changed the Serviio config seems to have sorted the problem
I'm having random issues when playing back a file stored on my server (Windows XP). I have installed the SMB/CIF package and the server is connected to the Humax via a Powerline Adapter. In most cases (99%) the video plays ok, howver on occassions the video constantly stops. I have rebooted...
After running the first unencrypt overnight I then switched it to run every half hour (24/7) and haven't noticed any stuttering. We don't record a massive amount (soaps, being the most common).
