  Thanx. Makes me feel a little better knowing this that other units have the a similar amount. Beats the 500GB I've been used to working with since 2016. I always have less than 10GB to use because of what I have on machine. I have music on it you see in HD.

  If I do a Factory Reset does an and select the disk format option, does it mean I have to do a search for all the updates that have happened from when the Humax box was issued? Or will it be automatic or at 4.30 am or whenever it is?

  Thanks. One other question if I take out my current Drive and put another in, the videos I have on the original drive will remain there I take it in case I want to put it back in? Also if you do this the Humax box doesn't force you to format drive does it? I take it gives you the option?

  Thanks. I can solder. It just seems strange that this unit works fine for years then the unit restarting itself issue now the Wi-Fi issue. I'm not taking most of the videos off it. I did take 6GB off it's full capacity to record something. That didn't change the W-Fi issue. This is the issue...
