I think that has fixed it. All the files are now visible on the webif but all encrypted. I've toggled recursive decrypt on My Video and now they are all in the queue
Here you go :

Further to this it may not be a sweeper problem I've noticed it on other directories too. When I try and look at queued tasks in the web interface I just get a spinning wheel. Maybe they need resetting some how?
Strange one this. I've got a sweeper rule to move all radio recordings to a directory called Radio. I've noticed lately that from Windows only the first file in this directory is visible in the Web interface (even though the file count shows all the files). If I copy the files down to my pc...
ok well, obviously I can't install the custom firmware.
I've tried a usb stick that has a light on in both the front and rear ports. No light. Whenever I plug or unplug any usb nothing happens on the box.
So it sounds like I need to open it up and look for the joints on the port. Can't really...
Just purchased a HDR-FOX T2 from ebay. All seems fine apart from the USB sockets. No matter what I plug into them nothing seems to work.
Any suggestions on a fix?
Found this link https://winaero.com/enable-smb1-sharig-protocol-windows-10/

It tells you in the link how to enable - and it is all working now.
that was running win10 too, but not an update version. Is there anyway I can check? I still have the old server and when I plug that one in the humax works fine (can't have old and new both plugged in as server names/ips the same!)
I've just replaced my windows server and installed a new version of Win10. The automounts from this box are now failing with
failed: Host is down
Mount failed...
Has anything by chance changed in windows that is preventing it working. I've changed nothing on the humax and I can access the...
Box powers up and shows the "Humax" flash screen on the TV, but once it is on all the channels just show as fuzzy green screens.
Is it a gonna or is there anything I can try?
Here's a (final) update then. I copied all the content off and then formatted the disk, copied the content back, re-enabled DNLA and all fine - so as mentioned above must have been some file corruption the DNLA didn't like and maybe I went around it the long way but all sorted now
I couldn't see what was the recommended setting for fan. I've set it to 30% now as that is what is mentioned earlier in this thread and also installed sysmom.
I guess I assumed it was the disk as the disk diagnostics was the thing that was displaying the temp error.
Another update then. The...
An update :
I've updated to the lastest firmware
I've installed the fan package and managed to find the setting in the gui and set it at 10%...although the log file doesn't seem to be there in /tmp
I've disabled DNLA and the box has not crashed since...so looks like may just need to rebuild...
