After uk retune, my fvp-4000t needs channel rescanning daily

After doing a complete retune, when the UK moved some of its channels, I now need to rescan every day to find them. It concerns channels over 200. Which is a problem for me because it includes CBBC and CBeebies, which my baby daughter watches (in moderation.)

If I do a safe rescan, then it comes back. But it takes time.

Anyone found a solution for this?

I do not own a FVP-4000T but by "safe rescan" do you mean 'smart rescan'?

I suspect that the next avenue for you is to do a rescan without the 'smart' option selected and then reinput your recording schedule and favourites.

I will try a full rescan this evening.
